Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix - Fully Playable?

Hey everybody, this is my first post on this subreddit so please let me know if I need to make any changes to the post.

I've recently dumped Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix from a PS3 and have emulated it on the latest build of RPCS3. The framerate was solid, however as I progressed further into the game, the more issues were being found.

Firstly, the Jafar genie fight's initial cut-scene as you fall down the hole in the floor was completely black, and when I skipped the cut-scene or let it play out, the screen either reverted to a distorted image, or a completely black screen. I essentially had to try and find Iago with the lamp without being able to see the terrain at all, only my health, mana and the targeting reticule. This fight took me around 35-40 minutes to complete in this blind state, while it shouldn't even take 2-4 minutes.

Secondly, I got to the Monstro 'World', and all the textures as you go into the tunnel away from Geppetto's ship had black blots, almost like the textures weren't being mapped correctly to the terrain. I've tried searching for these issues online, however it appears like nobody has come across these issues before (although this isn't the case).

This isn't a request for technical support, I'm just wondering if anybody has come across these issues, since I've found no forum threads or information that relates to these issues.
