[PROBLEM] Ipega Classic Gamepad 'PG-9021' on Win7 PC

**Hallo guys and gals, ** I got a Ipega Classic Gamepad 'PG-9021' really cheap and already succesfully tested it on my Android phone.

Now I wanted to connect it to the PC via bluetooth. I do get it paired but none of the buttons work.

In lets say Steam Big Picture Mode, I can rebind all the buttons and it works. But inside games like 'retro city rampage dx' it doesnt work at all, which is supposed to have full-gamepad support. In 'luftrausers' some buttons work.

When I look at the windows gamepad config, I cannot cannot calibrate the gamepad and it doesnt recognize when i press a button.

Do I need special drivers or is there an additional program that i could use, to globally rebind the keys of the gamepad?
